IDIS 349 International Medical and Surgical Missions

Students will gain an understanding of healthcare needs in international vulnerable populations, with the expectation that this understanding may be applied within vulnerable populations in the United States. The following sites are available to 3rd and 4th year medical students who have completed the required two month rotations in the following areas: internal medicine; family practice; pediatrics; OB/GYN; surgery; and psychiatry.
